For those looking to enjoy spectator sports, Dania Jai-Alai offers a thrill unlike any other. Jai-Alai’s rock hard ball can be pitched at speeds up to 180 miles per hour. Jai-Alai’s history as a sport dates back to the ancient Greeks, Romans and Egyptians, and the Dania Beach arena is among the oldest in Florida. While there are no golf courses in Dania Beach, more than a dozen art located nearby in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale.
