Eagle Ridge Elementary School is a Broward County magnet school catering to kindergarten through fifth grade. For the past three years Eagle Ridge Elementary School has maintained its status as an A-rated school and has also recently been recognized as a recipient of the “Gold School Award” after 88% of their students in third, fourth and fifth grade exhibited learning gains in reading and math. Considered a Science and Technology Magnet School of Change, all Eagle Ridge Elementary School Students are considered magnet students. All classrooms are equipped with Macintosh computers allowing students to gain proficiency in many important computer skills. Many students in the science magnet program are proud participants in the SECME program which is a problem-solving competition honoring achievement in science-based activities. Eagle Ridge Elementary is also conveniently located within walking distance of lovely communities such as Pelican Trail.
